Kia is working on her first book “Learn How to Be Selfish: a guide to being selfish so the selfless moments count”.  The book is written for women in business and encourages them to tap into self so they can truly give to others within their own boundaries.  The guide outlines the word ‘NO’, the true meaning of balance, how to self-validate, and how and when to address conflict.

The book will be the first of many on SELF-ish Publishing, a self publishing company for self help inspired books that include training materials, podcasts, and white papers.
